Now she was telling me to get in line again for a third time? I already waited my turn during my second time in line. I already waited in line twice, once to place my order, then again to ask if I could add rice and beans. She said I would have to get at the end of the line to place my order which, by then, had 5 customers in line. I asked if I could order a side of rice and beans to my order. Cashier said, 'too late, burrito already made'. When my turn, I asked if I could add rice and beans in my burrito. I didn't wish to interrupt so waited behind second customer. By then, two customers were already in line. But after paying, I noticed on menu, it came without rice and beans. I ordered something unfamiliar this time, a carnitas burrito which I assumed had rice and beans inside. She was rude, dismissive, and unaccommodating. However, this morning, there was a young lady as cashier. He always comments, 'good to see you again' or 'it's been a little while since I've seen you'. We usually get this very nice gentleman who rings up our order. Taco Bell would have been better and much cheaper!!īeen coming here regularly for years. You’ve lost a long term loyal customer!! Don’t even bother ordering this dish that was once so good. This is a total rip off that definitely does not even taste like it once did. They didn’t even throw on a few tomatoes or use red peppers along with the green. This was not worth what I paid tonight!! I will still be ordering my favorite, but it will be from a different restaurant.

The little bit of sauce is brown!! Times must be tough there for them to try to deceive people with the smaller container that’s definitely not full and ingredient changes. It’s mainly dry with a little cream of mushroom and NO sour cream mixed in. This used to be a white creamy sauce and the cheese was a white cheese (Monterey Jack I believe), but now there’s no cream and there’s just a little cheddar (cheddar does NOT belong on this dish). Tonight, I see they’re using smaller containers and barely filling them. With every order, the portion size gets smaller and smaller.

I’ve been ordering Pollo a la creama from this place for over 15 years. Where’s the cream for this Polo a la Creama dish? Why child size portions at an adult price?
